Smartline and the South West Academic Health and Science Network (SWAHSN) are working in partnership to host a series of webinars for innovators looking to spread and scale their innovation in Cornwall and beyond.

Spreading and scaling e-health and care solutions across the local health and care system is a challenge, but one which can be overcome with the right knowledge of how the system works.

What’s on the agenda?

Join us for an introduction to the Model for Unleashing Large Scale Change developed by global change agency, the Billions Institute. This session will give you an overview of the key components of spreading innovation, including setting clear and compelling aims to match your ambitions for change, expanding your methods and tools to enable change, and understanding and managing the barriers to spread.

Who should attend?

If you have a digital health product or service that you are looking to spread then this session is for you, and while there will be a focus on spreading Cornish innovations, innovators from across the South West are welcome.

As an open event, any enterprise or person is welcome to attend, however those that are eligible, Smartline will claim as an enterprise supported by the ERDF Smartline Project.
