Getting Online: Staying Connected

Video calls and messages allow people to talk to family and friends and can help people to feel more connected.

Our Getting Online: Staying Connected project is helping people in Cornwall who want to learn how to use online platforms, so they too can send messages and make video calls.

Working in collaboration with Cornwall Council, the project offers people one-to-one phone calls with experienced trainers from Cornwall Council’s Digital Inclusion Team. The goal is to teach people how to use technology like WhatsApp, Zoom and Facebook Messenger, and find out how this impacts people’s health and wellbeing.

Look out for more information coming soon as we share our progress to date.
